What's inside

What you actually get in the file

The file opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets and is ready to filter, sort and mail-merge the second it lands.

01

Complete division coverage

Every varsity program in NCAA Division I, II and III and the NAIA for the gender you buy — the powerhouses and the smaller schools where most scholarship offers actually happen.

NCAA Division I NCAA Division II NCAA Division III NAIA
02

The whole staff, not just the head

Assistants and goalkeeper coaches read their own inboxes and often run the first round of recruiting. You get every listed staff member, tagged by role.

Head Coach Associate Head Assistant Coach Goalkeeper Coach Graduate Assistant
03

Sortable by conference and division

Division and conference each get their own column, so you can build a shortlist in one filter — every NESCAC school, every NAIA program — instead of scrolling 2,250 athletics sites.

04

Built for mail merge

First and last names sit in separate columns, so "Hi Coach Barnett" writes itself. Drop the CSV into Gmail, Outlook or any outreach tool and send personalised emails at scale.

Questions

The things people ask before buying

Still unsure? Email info@collegesoccercoaches.com and a human will reply.

How up to date is the data?

The databases are compiled from official athletics-department staff directories across the NCAA and the NAIA, and refreshed periodically to reflect coaching changes. Staff turnover in college soccer is constant, so a small number of rows will always be in transit — but the overwhelming majority of addresses land.

What format is the file?

A standard UTF-8 CSV with seven columns: Division, Conference, School, Position, First Name, Last Name and Email. It opens natively in Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers and every mail-merge tool worth using.

Does every row include an email address?

No — and we'd rather say so plainly. Some programs publish only a shared team address or a phone number for certain staff. 5,469 of the 7,092 records across both databases carry a direct email; the rest still give you the coach's name, role, division, school and conference, which is everything you need to find them.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay $150 once and receive the current version of the database to keep. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.

How is it delivered?

Automatically, by email, within minutes of your Stripe payment clearing — sent to the address you enter at checkout. If it hasn't arrived in fifteen minutes, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll resend it by hand.

Can I buy both databases?

Yes. They're sold as two separate products, so complete the checkout for one and then the other. Both files arrive by email the same way.

What's the refund policy?

Because the product is a digital file delivered immediately, all sales are final. Please read this page and the Terms of Service before purchasing — and if anything is unclear, ask us first at info@collegesoccercoaches.com.

Something went wrong with my order.
